Oly keeps your plans so it can sort your day. Here is exactly what that means, in plain words.
What Oly keeps
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- What you type or say to Oly, as text, and the tasks, plans and waiting-on items made from it. Oly keeps your own words so it can fix mistakes in how it understood you.
- The written version of your daily briefings, so they play quickly.
- Your settings: name, check-in times, language and timezone, and your phone's address for notifications.
- Simple usage counts, like how often you open Waiting On or tap Done. Never what you said.
What Oly does not keep
- Your voice recordings. Audio is turned into text and then discarded.
- Your contacts, your WhatsApp chats or your messages. Oly never reads them and never sends anything for you.
Who helps run Oly
- Supabase stores your data, on servers in Paris.
- Vercel runs the app.
- Anthropic (Claude) reads your text to sort it into plans and to write your check-ins and briefings.
- OpenAI turns your voice into text and reads your briefing aloud.
- Apple or Google deliver your notifications.
- They process your data only to do these jobs for Oly. Oly does not sell your data or show you ads.
Deleting everything
- In Settings, tap Delete account. Your account and everything you saved are deleted for good.
